- WILL I PAY MORE FOR A VACATION IF I BOOK THROUGH YOU INSTEAD OF AN ONLINE BOOKING SITE?

No. We have access to all the same pricing for resorts as the online booking sites do and we can price-match online booking engine pricing when comparing apples to apples. In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that are not offered to the public.
- DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Travel Insurance is not required, but it is the only way to protect your investment. Travel insurance prevents you from losing money when you need to cancel your vacation. Travel Insurance protects you while traveling and covers Medical Expenses, Baggage Delays/Losses, and Trip delays or cancellations.
- IS THERE A FEE FOR YOUR SERVICE?

We have different packages that cover our research time and our consultation to make sure we are offering you the right type of travel. You can upgrade your package to include personalized itineraries and quotes, reservations, and booking of each component of your trip. From the first day of planning to the day you come back home, we advocate for you. The experience from our own travels and training allows us to give you firsthand advice. The time we spend on your trip saves you time and sometimes even money! This fee is separate from the cost of your trip.
- WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

The Service Fee is paid via PayPal.
The payment/s due for travel booking can be made with AMEX, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, and VISA.
- HOW LONG IS THE RESEARCH PROCESS?

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to an inquiry. After purchasing the service please allow 48-72 hours for a quote to be generated. Please note airfare pricing is subject to change so it is best to be deposit ready upon receipt of quotes.
- DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT FOR MY VACATION?

No! The deposit requirements are set by the resorts and the tour operators we book through. Deposit rates vary based on the resort or package you select, and the time you are traveling.
When deposits are available, A payment plan can be generated to ensure your trip is paid before travel. Most vacation packages require that you pay the balance 45 days prior to your arrival. All payments are made directly to the supplier.
- WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The service fees charged from NeicyEscapes is non-refundable.
The cancelation fees for suppliers are determined by each individual company and will be outlined in your booking agreement.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF THE AIRLINE OR CRUISE LINE CANCELS THE TRIP /VOYAGE?

If, in any case, your trip has been canceled, the airline or cruise line will notify us both. They will provide us with options on what you can do with your existing bookings. We can walk you through which options will work to your advantage. Typically, you may use it towards a future flight or cruise (with added perks and values), rebook to a later date, or get a full or partial refund.
